The majority of my day-to-day work involves working with business owners and leaders. What I love about this work is the opportunity to work along side people who are trying to ‘make things happen’ and supporting them in finding an achievement pathway that works for them and others. I love the challenge of helping to structure messy problems, creating an action map and inspiring them to act with confidence in the direction of their goals and dreams.
Business Mentoring
As a business mentor and business coach, I help business owners & entrepreneurs to create faster achievement. Specifically, to believe in a bigger possibility, live life on their terms and to grow a passionately profitable business. Currently, I deliver the Business Transformation Network business mentoring programme to a community of success-focused business owners.
In 2009, programme participants completing the Business Growth Challenge, achieved an average improvement in effective hourly rate of 134% (Monthly income/hours worked) and an average reduction in expenses of 7.7% (Monthly expenses/monthly income).
Leadership Development
Leadership development is the process of building the character and capabilities to meet the demands and challenges that an organisation faces. The leadership development areas I focus on are:
- Leadership Consulting: helping organisations make good decisions around the creation and delivery of their own leadership development programme.
- Leadership Training: The design and delivery of tailored group-based leadership development programmes to increase the impact of the leadership cohort as a whole.
- Leadership Coaching: Helping senior leaders accelerate the development of critical leadership skills in the context of their day-to-day work and strategic goals.
