I worked with Lawrence during 2008 and 2009 when we were implementing a new leadership development programme at the Open Polytechnic. We wanted something that was different and could cater to individual needs while producing a consistent approach. The first thing that impressed me about Lawrence was that he listened. I have observed Lawrence’s work over the last 15 years. My first ‘wow!’ moment came when I was struggling with a group of 150 university innovation students.
