How I Got started

Like many business owners I started out not being completely clear about why I was here, what I was doing and where I was going. I realised I wasn’t suited to being an employee and that I would need to invent my future for myself, but I didn’t really have a clear focus other than wanting freedom and to make a difference.

My first five years were my apprenticeship (and I am still learning). The good news is that, the quality of my mistakes gets better each year.

What I did have, despite my early limitations, was a real passion for working with others and helping them to achieve their dreams; and a belief that I could create a business that I could feel proud of.

From being a broad training consultancy my focus narrowed to working with elite performers in business and sport and then to working with people focused on inventing the future. That is, business owners/entrepreneurs and business leaders.

What I Love About This Business

The growth of my business has always followed my growth as a person. As I have become ready in myself to take on bigger projects and challenges, so has the shape of my work changed.

The highlights for me have been seeing my clients achieve in ways they could not have imagined before we began our work together. The only thing that has really changed over the years is the desire to do this on a larger scale.

Above all, my story so far has been about learning how to make the most of my strengths to help others to achieve their important goals.
